Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shipease, Inc. regarding your use of the Guanacaste Lots for Sale platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• "Services" refers to all features, tools, and functionalities provided through the platform.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter contracts. You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining account security.
Account Responsibilities
Users must: provide accurate information, maintain account security, notify us of unauthorized access, comply with all applicable laws, and use the platform for legitimate purposes only.
Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited: fraudulent or misleading listings, harassment or abusive behavior, spam or unauthorized marketing, intellectual property infringement, illegal activities, system manipulation or hacking, impersonation of others, and circumventing platform fees.
Property Listings
• Accuracy: Listers must provide accurate, complete, and current information about properties.
• Verification: We reserve the right to verify listing information and remove inaccurate listings.
• Responsibility: Listers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and compliance with local laws.
• Fees: Listing fees and commission structures are clearly disclosed and agreed upon before listing.
Transactions and Payments
All transactions are between buyers and sellers. We facilitate but are not party to transactions. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
Intellectual Property
The platform and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users grant us license to use submitted content for platform operations. Users must respect others' intellectual property rights.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy of listings or successful transactions. We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party actions.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Reporting Violations
Users can report violations through our reporting system. We investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action. False reports may result in account penalties.
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users may appeal decisions through our dispute resolution process. Terminated users forfeit access to paid services without refund.
Modifications to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
